1. Return Eligibility

You may return items under the following conditions:

• Time Frame: Within 7 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Non-Returnable Items: Some items such as custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Pack the item securely and include a copy of the original invoice.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund will be processed within 2-5 days and credited within 5-7 days.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
